You have the right to return or exchange delivered goods by contacting SWATI’s customer service or using the contact form on our website within 30 days from receiving the goods. The product must be unused, in its original packaging undamaged, and with all the security seals intact. This is due to the importance of hygiene and to protect you as a customer. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to us for a full refund to be made. Products bought in a retail store shall not be returned to SWATI. Returned products shall be sent by recommended letter or by the trackable package to ensure it arrives safely and unharmed. See our website for further instructions and where to send the products. Kindly note that you are responsible for any shipping expenses when returning the package to us. SWATI does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with SWATI by either e-mail or telephone. If a product has been discontinued, SWATI has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid by the customer. SWATI will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent product if available.
